Mary Garcia says
I only knew Monica for a short time. She was a very passionate lady who tried to help others with whatever they needed. Monica participated in Ministry of the Third Cross while living in San Antonio which puts on retreats for young offenders on parole. She made a big impression with the young women on retreat and was an inspiration to them. Monica was young, beautiful and on the right path after her own troubles. God bless her and her family who will miss her. Rest in peace, Monica.
